College Support Program

Path Mentors offers post high school support for students in good standing with Path Mentors and can benefit from extensive support from mentors at Path Mentors. Mentors have deep insights and expertise in various aspects of college, such as internship recruiting, resume planning, networking opportunities, and grad school preparations. College is an important time for many students to grow personally and professionally. It is important for high-achieving students to have all the resources they need to maximize their time in college and be best-equipped to pursue their dreams. Long-term interests and pursuits are likely to change as 80% of students in the nation change their majors at least once. Path Mentors can provide the security and support that students need to help make good decisions and be at their best when pursuing their ambitions.

General Services

College Support Program Offerings Are:

  • Internship Recruiting

    Access to mock interviews, resume reviews, cover letter support, and other additional help needed for students to put their best foot forward. We also provide career planning resources and guidance as students progress through college.

  • College Planning

    Help with course planning, identifying research opportunities, and support in preparation for clubs and organizations on campus.

  • Graduate School Support

    Assistance in graduate school applications, such as Deferred MBA Programs (Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, etc.), Law School Programs (J.D.), PhD programs, etc.

Enrollment Process

We welcome graduating seniors and current college students into the program. Please contact us below for more information.

  • The first step in the enrollment process is to complete an initial consultation with the Path Mentors team. During this consultation, we will discuss your interests, goals, and expectations for the program. This consultation will help us determine if the program is a good fit for you and if you meet the program's eligibility requirements.

  • After completing the initial consultation, you will be provided with a link to our application form. The application will ask you to provide information about yourself, including your academic background, extracurricular activities, and any relevant experience or projects.

  • Once we receive your completed application, our team will review it to determine your eligibility for the program. We will consider your academic performance, extracurricular activities, personal interests, and essay responses.

  • If you are accepted into the program, you will receive an invitation to enroll. Once you have enrolled, our team will begin the mentor matching process. We carefully select mentors who have expertise in the student's area of interest and who can provide guidance ad services throughout the program.

  • Our mentors are selected through a rigorous process and are chosen based on their accomplishments, background, and desire to holistically mentor the next generation. We come from a wide range of backgrounds and expertise that fit well with the needs of the program:‍ mentors who hail from private equity, investment banking, and hedge funds to engineers working in fintech and blockchain. Our mentors also have come from various graduate school programs or have had successful experience applying to graduate school programs.

  • The program is structured to be flexible to the needs of the students. Mentors meet on a monthly basis at a minimum, but depending on student needs, meetings can be had with our mentor throughout the college year. Ad-hoc assistance such as resume editing and graduate school assistance happen on an offline and online basis.
